Visitors
We are open for parts collections – please if possible, call in advance so we can have your order ready for collection outside.
To help protect our staff, visitors are currently restricted from entering the premises
Vehicles
Vehicle drop offs / collections are by appointment only
Online Orders
Online orders are running as normal.
Parcel Deliveries
Courier delivery schedules are mostly running as normal, although some delays may occasionally occur. Electronic signatures on delivery are still suspended, drivers will instead log the name of the person accepting the item and geolocation of the delivery whilst maintaining an acceptable 2m distance. If recipients are unable to come to the door or are self-isolating, a contact card will be posted in the normal manner, advising of other ways you can arrange to get the parcel.
International Deliveries
Running as normal with a very small number of areas experiencing delays
Stock Levels
Our current stock levels are very healthy and we have no concerns
