INFORMATION

4 Pot AP Calipers. Front 4 Pot AP calipers improves braking, will fit under the following wheels:

16″ MGF Trophy Wheels
16″ 11 Spokes
16″ Twist of Peppers
16″ V Spokes
16″ Team Dynamics

All other 16″ wheels will require spacers or hub adapters

DESCRIPTION

4 Pot AP Calipers – Used: 8 sets of 4 pot AP calipers all in working condition at time of removal. Seals and pistons all fine. Majority just need a good clean,  freshen up & spray paint with the MG logo blading off to make them look as new again. Picture shows 8 x pairs: They are all numbered so you can select which set you would like. No1 is bottom left, No4 top left, No5 bottom right and No 8 top right.

Pads are fitted to most sets but they are used. We recommend fitting new pads …  Pagid standard pads £25  or upgraded Brembo pads for £38. Some pins are ok and should reuse, some pins lightly rusty and may clean up & reuse. New pins £10 pair. You need 2 x pairs to do both calipers. Some calipers have brake hoses on, some are cut, some worn, they are of no use. No 5 has braided hoses fitted which are ok and will reuse.

SET 5 – Very nice pair, possibly get away with a good clean up, bridge pipes good, pins rusty (will clean but best to replace if you can), rattle plates good, pads yes / as new, has stainless braided hoses which are ok.  £160
SET 6 –  OK condition, will clean up easy and paint, bridge pipes good, pins rusty (will clean but best to replace if you can), rattle plates good, pads no £110

AP brakes are getting harder to get hold off. If your own APs are looking tired this allows you to clean up, paint and ready without your car coming off the road.
